Although I didn't receive my order due to stock issues the seller offered an alternative or refund as soon as they realised. I took the latter and ordered something else. The refund was immediately paid to my account without any problems. Throughout the time ,the seller provided excellent communication .

Ordered bulbs, and was told they had been dispatched, then was contacted to say there had been a mistake, and the goods would not be available for a fortnight. Apologised, which is fine, but it still seemed a bit odd - especially as the wording of the apology was identical to that used by a previous supplier, who also failed to deliver. Curious... Refund was processed without issue, though.
