The stand is very steady with rubber grips to hold the board in position does not slip. I use the 20 mm thick board and it's absolutely fantastic recommended item for every gamer.

Was expecting this to be table height, it's not. Alot shorter but allows younger kids to play easier and also makes it for adults too. Good sturdy product.
