Extremely fast and smooth delivery to Germany accompanied by clear and open communication. The Juwei 14 mount is both mechanicalwise and electricalwise a beautiful and very well crafted little piece of equipment. Control by ASIAIRs (choose "ONSTEP" as mountcontrol) did work straight away with no issues. Due to clouds not tested with data acquisition - so far just functiontional. If one needs a lightweight harmonic drive with an unbeatable price? Juwei 14 with its 3kg is the solution
