Good value. The handle on top makes it easier to pick-up and move it. The controls, being on top, make them easier to operate. Be aware there is a safety tilt switch on the bottom of the heater. It will only close when placed on a hard surface. As I found out, it may not work or fully close, when the heater is placed on a soft surface such as a carpet. In which case, the heater will not work.
